Based in Bloomington, MN, the SkyWater Technology Speciality Foundry Unit is a global leading Trusted Foundry that enables customers to design, build and scale their products by simplifying the realization of complex technologies through access to semiconductor technology, experienced personnel and volume manufacturing capabilities. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
